Display a thumbnail/small image in a Knowledge Base article's Title or Subtitle
I want to embed a thumbnail/small image in a KB article's Title or Subtitle.
My ultimate goal is to be able to use the KB not only in its traditional role but also as a fast way for our users to find relevant photographs. The storage, retrieval, editing and tagging ability are already working, but I want to display a thumbnail on the search results so that the user does not have to manually open each search result article to find a particular photo.
I could achieve this if I could embed a thumbnail in the article Title or Subtitle.
Currently it seems that HTML img tags are ignored in the Title and displayed as raw HTML in the Subtitle. All HTML editing options are disabled when editing the Title or Subtitle, and the ability to paste an image into the Title or Subtitle is disabled.
This feature would give Hubspot more value, as the nearest searchable photo database alternative I know of is DropBox, which has a high monthly per seat cost.
