Display Mentions and Nested Comments in Social Inbox

The purpose of the Social Inbox is to monitor activity on multiple platforms/accounts and never miss an opportunity to engage with our audience. Therefore, it would be helpful to display Facebook and LinkedIn mentions and nested comments (replies to comments) in the Hubspot Social Inbox.

"I completely agree. It would be incredibly useful if the HubSpot Social Inbox could display mentions along with their nested comments. Without this capability, there's a risk of our team posting duplicate comments since we lack the means to easily determine if someone has already responded. Currently, checking for prior replies requires us to access the social media platform directly.
