I suggest disabling right-click when a course student is having a quiz or exam. This is to prevent them from quickly copying the question and Googling it for the answer.
While this won't prevent it completely as there are backdoors to still copy the question, it would make it tedious for an exam taker to implement a backdoor for each and every question.
