Disable notification for record active user assign to self
Hello,
I find very redundant that if I (aka the active user) assign a record (Contact / Ticket etc) to myself I still get a notification like "a new ticket has been assigned to you".
It would be very nice to add a check on the notification preferences like "Record created by me" or "Auto-assigned records".
Users that rely on email notification find it very confusing.
