We use the HubSpot<>Outlook calendar integration and have enabled calendar syncs so that the meetings get auto-logged in HubSpot.
The problem with this is it also logs internal meetings because all the internal employees are added as contacts to HubSpot.
If there can be a way to create exclusion criteria for this it will be really helpful. i.e. the ability to disable sync if the meeting attendees are ONLY internal team members.
Why is this important?
- So the users feel comfortable having that sync turned on knowing not all of their meetings are getting logged in HubSpot
- It cuts all the noise when reporting on activities/productivity
