We as an organization use HubSpot and log and track all mails, but experience some issues with internal communication. Once an email contains a (hyper)link HubSpot will creates its own link (sidekickopen...etc.), in order to track the link I assume. The problem is that our security doesn't allow this altered (hyper)link and the receiver is therefore not able to open the link.
It would be great to have an option to disable the logging feature per organization or even per contact.
Same, would be great with a button to toggle tracking on/off for individual users. Usually we send a couple of emails that we do not want to track in between the email that we want to track. So each user must be able to toggle on/off for each email. I thought it would work by just removing the Bcc address but it still tracks the email. (FYI. we are using the MS Outlook plugin)
