I've created a sub domain to prevent chat from displaying on quotes as a workaround, but it would be better if downloaded quotes do not include the chat overlay.
We would like our web visitors to have the option to chat about their quote without that chat widget appearing in downloaded PDFs.
If you use the hubspot quote feature, users can download the quote as a pdf. If you use the chat widget feature to enable visitors to communicate with you, the chat widget appears on the downloaded quote pdf even though it can never be useful and instead obscures the contents of the quote. I was able to prevent the chat widget from appearing on quotes, but I would much rather enable visitors to chat without the widget also appearing in the pdf.
