Disable automatic contact creation for Conversations
There is a major issue with contacts being created from inbound emails that have nothing to do with your CRM making it cluttered with contacts that have nothing to do with marketing. Would it not make sense to do it reverse the way it is currently handled? To have to add contacts you wish to log, giving you the option when you send emails. Received emails aditionally should only be logged if asked and approved all others should not. Its simply a reversing of the process. It can be done simply by reversing the process in the O365 integration. Why has this not been done already?
