Now that Hubspot has a HubSpot Service Hub, it would be great if there was an option to disable the opt-out of communication option at the bottom of automated emails.
Either that or the ability to automate Support specific emails.
We want to automate emails from support based on different actions/criteria inside of the product. Unfortunately, these emails at the moment have to have the unsubscribe/opt out option in the Footer.
We would really like the option disable that footer / opt-out option because our users shouldn't be able to opt-out of support emails as they are often necessary for our users to get the most value from our product.
Please let me know if any of the above is unclear.
I have the same request. In addition to this: From my perspective it is not really logical that emails sent from Service Hub are marked as 'marketing' emails. Support communication is not marketing.
