Differentiate between auto email replies and actual email replies in the CRM

Is there a way of flagging in HubSpot when a reply is actually just an auto reply? We sort our outbound marketing contacts by 'Recent sales replied date' but more often than not, that reply is an out of office. It would be so helpful to know what is an automated reply and what is a genuine one.
