At this time, you can only use one picture for all of your HubSpot chat windows. If you take care about chats from different clients it's not possible to change the picture. All customers just see my picture instead of a picture from an employee of the company. This might be confusing the team of our customers as well as the clients of our customer.
Hey @LauraMullis! The chat heading avatar can be customized within the settings of each targeted chat message, and we have recently added the ability to select a custom avatar (not just user photos) for this setting.
