Our sales staff have a different individual quota each month + there's an overall target for the company and countries. We would like to have an option to enter their monthly quotas in the beginning of each year and track it month by month on a country level basis. This will allow us to track their performance monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly and annually.
This will also give a good understanding on months when something is not working and we could look into the possible reasons why this is happening. In addition, this would give us an holistic view how sales people as well as countries and how are they performing.
