Company based on east coast but have meeting scheduled with customers in all US time zones. Can you make it so 2 customers in 2 different time zones can select the same time slot ex...
Cust A - LAX book 11am PCT - 2pm EST
Cust B - DAL book 11am CT - 12pm EST
Both sync automaticly based on bookers location/ip address and convert to setters time zone.
@bfarrell that is the current functionality of Meetings. A contact can select their time zone, and book accordingly, and it won't matter if the same time slot has been booked in another time zone, since it won't be the same time for the HubSpot user 🙂 If you're experiencing issues with this, I recommend reaching out to Support!
This might be old news but I'm still having this problem. This seems to put the action on the client to choose a meeting time. Where we have agreed on a day/time and I now travel to their timezone for the meeting, Hubspot needs a way to select the timezone for when the meeting is happening. Outlook does this, so it is possible - please change this.
