Different GDPR options for each business unit

It would be really useful to be able to set GDPR options per business unit on HubSpot. Currently, you are only allowed one per portal. However, when setting up forms especi, all businesses are restricted to using the same copy, therefore company names cannot be included.

Very important to make this happen. This goes for all business-specific items – hence our need for "Business Units". They are useless if they point back to the master in any way publicly.

been wanting this for some time! Always worked with multiple brands and having to edit each time is quite frustrating, not to mention leaves us open to GDPR non-compliance.

Our two business units have vastly different names, and we would love the ability to personalize the consent messages to be more company-specific instead of just listing generically "our company".

This is critical!! This and customized default landing page branding by BU. HS please fix!  We can't recommend this to future companies without it.

Is there an update in this yet? It would be really useful!

wow we are considering business units. Which comes with a cost, and when selling it internally i said customising ''Data Privacy & Consent' in forms etc was a limitation of not using b-units. I follow this thread and hold off the purchase.

I can't believe with having CMS Enterprise and allowing for multiple domains that this wasn't already thought through

As we continue to add business units, it's things like this that become increasingly important.

Agreed 1000 percent that this is critical. We have 4 business units in our portal and only 2 of them require GDPR... plus there would be argument that even those have separation between their EU/North American contacts and marketing efforts.

All to say, this is very limiting when all 4 brands need to comply to GDPR.

Just come across this. Up until now with Forms, text/links could be modified each time we needed something for a business unit other than the default business unit.

Now it seems that in CSAT Surveys there is the option to let people leave their email - which is a good addition - but you can't manually edit the data privacy and consent text/links like with forms. Instead it invites you to modify the default settings.

Not good enough.
