Detect Broken Links in HubSpot Emails

We have LOTS of emails that are used on-going in workflows. Many link to different landing pages, blog posts, 3rd party sites, etc. We don't check these emails often enough to always catch broken links that can occur for a variety of reasons.

It would be amazing if HubSpot could automatically check links in emails and provide alerts or a report with which HubSpot emails should be updated.

This is sorely needed. Mailchimp has this option.

Emails, yes. And also web pages such as blogs and news items hosted by HubSpot.

Hi everyone,

We’ve built a tool to help provide an overview and detect broken links in HubSpot emails, making it easier to ensure your campaigns are error-free.

You can find it here: Link Checker

We’d love for you to give it a try and share your feedback!

Thanks,
Axelle

Hello! I'd love to try it out; however, the link checker link doesn't work for me... it prompts me to log in but when I use my credentials, it doesn't work.

Hi @crazycommenter

Thank you so much for your interest in trying out Link Checker! To access it, please make sure you’re logged into the HubSpot account you’d like to use the app with then visit here and click install app.

If you’re still having trouble, you can search for "Link Checker" directly in the HubSpot Marketplace. This should guide you to the app and allow you to get started right-away.

If you encounter any further issues, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!

Thanks,
Axelle
