Dependent fields on Ticket records

Since many companies use tickets for very different support processes that require different inputs based on ticket type (or other custom fields) id like to be able to show dependent fields based on different ticket pipelines or selected properties to enable a better user experience for the team creating tickets.

 

This will allow enterprise businesses who use tickets for custom support by product or by department to create different tickets that are more tailored to their needs - without having to make the ticket create form lucky and confusing.

I agree with @NicoleSengers. We have a ticket form that based on our subscription plans selected as a drop-down property we need logic to only show related features to those specific plans. This would provide a much better customer experience. Currently we either have to show the dependant field's drop down list of all plans feature levels which causes confusion and is a poor user experience, or build 3 separate properties (1 for each plan) to show the correct dependant drop-down options.
