I'd like to have the option of creating dependent fields in Support Forms. This is a "must have" if the support form will bring any value to us. I really hope this function becomes available sooner rather than later 🙂
It would also be beneficial with more than to levels of dependencies.
Adding to this thread - We really need to have logic behind dependant fields in Tickets. We separate our Pipelines out based on the highest level of who owns it. EG> CaOps - Compliance ... Product - Bug ... Product - FeatureRequest ... Product - ITR ... Then we drill down on the Categories within, but the categories pull from across all pipelines so it gets very confusing since you can't define which sub-categories would show in a particular pipeline.
