It would be super helpful to have access to the deleted files from attachments. It's strange to me that we don't because it asks you in a check box if you want to permanently delete or you can leave it unchecked and still delete which led me to believe that I could retrieve it if necessary.
I work for a HubSpot Diamond Partner. We have developed an app for the marketplace that aims to solve the issue of bulk deleting attachments. Our app allows users to access a CRM card showing all the attachments associated with an object record and easily delete them in bulk.
