We have a case where we've been tracking logins on our platform as a form submission. Over time we've had users who logged in more than a 1000 times, which has meant that they now have reached the form submission limit on a contact level, and we can now no longer track form submissions on their contact pages. These contacts are as their # of logins suggest some of our most important customers, why it is super important that we can track forms on their contacts.
We understand that logging logins as a form submission wasn't the way to go, but there must be a way to delete those forms. If not available for admins, then at least for HubSpot support. It doesn't make any sense that almost everything else but forms can be deleted. In essence a bunch of our most important clients are now rather useless for automations and tracking based on forms.
