When Tickets are handled and closed I'd like for them to disappear from the Ticket overview. Seeing them brings stress to the staff working in the ticket system:) Tried to create a workflow to manage this but saw that you don't have a function where tickets set as closed will disappear after a certain time. Anything you could jump on and create maybe?
This idea actually is actually pivotal to be compliant to GDPR/AVG law in f.e. the Netherlands. (You can not save personal data longer than x period of time).
Auto-delete of closed tickets after a set amount of time would be a major help for us and some of our clients - agree on the data retention use case too!
