Delete tickets in Ticket workflow

When Tickets are handled and closed I'd like for them to disappear from the Ticket overview. Seeing them brings stress to the staff working in the ticket system:)
Tried to create a workflow to manage this but saw that you don't have a function where tickets set as closed will disappear after a certain time. Anything you could jump on and create maybe?

I agree! This would be important for us, and I imagine a lot of other companies, for complying with data protection laws.

This idea actually is actually pivotal to be compliant to GDPR/AVG law in f.e. the Netherlands. (You can not save personal data longer than x period of time).

Auto-delete of closed tickets after a set amount of time would be a major help for us and some of our clients - agree on the data retention use case too!
