I worked with a customer today who requested for their quotes to be deleted as they were published as test quotes. This is typically a task that needs to be performed by the product team. However, it appears that due to compliance, the product experts cannot currently delete any published quote that used HubSpot payments.
Hopefully there might be more flexibility here in the future in which we can delete these for customers with their permissions and confirmation that the quotes are tests 🙂
