Sometimes our contact sends an email to us with an attachment containing sensitive data. And due to security reasons & data storage regulation, we have to delete the attachment from Hubspot (because Hubspot's data centre is either in US or EU).
Currently, we have to ask our IT team to remove the attachment & re-send the email to create the ticket without the sensitive attachment.
Can we have the ability to delete email attachments directly within Hubspot.
I work for a HubSpot Diamond Partner. We have developed an app for the marketplace that aims to solve the issue of bulk deleting attachments. Our app allows users to access a CRM card showing all the attachments associated with an object record and easily delete them in bulk.
We are seeking beta testers who can try our app at no cost, provide valuable feedback, and assist us in enhancing the product's overall usability.
We need all Users to have the ability to delete attachments associated with the Contact Record.
At the moment only the 'owner' of a Contact can delete attachments on the contact record. The way we work with HubSpot, no one staff member 'owns' a relationship with a contact. Everyone needs to be able to delete any attachments.
Can this ability be changed please? Thank you - Heather
