Delay within workflow enrollment

Often times when a two workflows are triggered at the same time, properties are not picked up in the enrollment of one of the workflows. If would be helpful if there was an option to add a delay within the enrollment. 


Fo example: the contact would be enrolled in the workflow, they would sit in enrollment for a set delay, and then the enrollment would check once more if they still fit the criteria.

This would be especially handy to handle internal processes that simply populate fields in the contact that are crucial during a workflow that will involve sending the contact emails and/or assigning tasks to sales managers.
