Delay until an event occurs based on a date filled in a property.

If I have a date property created by me, for example: Schedule date.
I would like to have a delay until the event occurs based on the date dynamically filled in the property.

Rather than defining that the property has changed, I want to use the date value filled in on the property to be the trigger for the action.

It would be nice if we had that function.
