Define "base" Currency for Report

We have teams based in multiple international locations working with different "supported" currencies.

For example;

Our UK business uses GBP, EUR and USD, and reports in GBP

Our Australian business uses AUD, NZD and USD and reports in AUD

We would like to produce a (single) dashboard and report that allows our sales teams and leadership to report in their home currency not always the company currency. i.e. the same report in GBP or AUD, which converts from the deal amount currency.

A report level parameter to define the "report currency" for the report should allow users to define "Deal currency" to maintain the current format, and then a select list from the currency table. It would then convert the values to that report currency as required.

Current scenarios tested:

Using Deal "Amount" means that 1GB+1EUR+1USD = 3, and does not take into account the currency table that was set up.

Using "Company Currency" means that our Australian team then have to do external work to identify what the AUD amount of all the deals is

Using "1 report per currency" means every person needs to add the value of each of the 3 reports and then convert to their home currency to get an accurate picture of their business.
