Following the creation of an email A/B test, UI/UX logic would suggest that your screen would default to the new B version to begin editing. But within Hubspot, you are still on Version A following creation of an A/B test.
I have made countless mistakes due to this logic gap. The user is focused on creating a B version of their email after clicking the A/B button, no part of me thinks I should be on version A.
Example: You are shopping on Amazon and add Item A to the cart. You decide to click Shop More. You begin shopping for Item B, but if you forget to click "This is an additional item", Item B will automatically overwite Item A. The user has begun shopping Item B, so why are we putting focus on something they've already completed?
