I think the following issue is of high importance.
The inbox + team email was designed in a way so that multiple users can have access to it with the possibility to configure which users have access to certain inboxes.
But you can also create separate inboxes for each user so that they can easier track the emails received on their personal emails.
Now here is what we have:
user Mike which uses mike@domain.com that is conected to Mike's inbox
user John which uses john@domain.com that is connected to John's inbox
user Laura which uses laura@domain that is connected to Laura's inbox.
Laura has been also granted acces to Mike's and John's inbox for supervising purposes.
She may also want to reply to an email that has been received by Mike.
When she does this, the default sending email is Mike's.
The recipient will receive an email from Mike email but with Laura's signature which is totally wrong. See the photo below.
So in ordert to avoid such mistakes is best that each user can setup a default sending email.
