Can the default property State/Region be a Dropdown select when new users get their portal? I know it can be changed easily, but new users will have an issue with even knowing this is an issue.
During onboarding sessions, I ask the client if this is something they would like done and explain why I suggest it, but if they have already imported contacts into their portal, it makes doing it more difficult. It currently is a single line of text which affects filtering and potential reporting later based on what is inputted by the user; you have to account for all possibilities.
State/Region should be a dropdown by default. As stated above, without it filtering the field in other parts/features of the CRM is impossible and spelling mistakes by users cause data and reporting issues.
