If a e.g. support rep works with 3 inboxes, country A, B and C, we want that any outgoing email of inbox country A will be email domain A and not B etc. It often happens, that DACH inquiries will be answered by UK mail and vice versa.
There neither isn't any double check process "what is the send-email-address?", it just goes to easy making mistakes there.
