Hi - we're having a lot of issue with the fact that HubSpot is logging/tracking activities (emails, calls, etc.) to deals after the deal is already closed. This makes it really hard to look back at a deal and see the relevant detail without scrolling through a lot of irrelevant info. I asked for help on this a year or so ago and was told by HubSpot that this happens if you are sending email through Outlook, rather than directly through HubSpot. This really needs to get fixed so we have clean deal records!
