I would like to suggest having the associate contact's email address as a search option for deals. Right now it is the deal name or the description, making it quite difficult to search unless otherwise you set the deal name properly in the first place. Having deals associated mostly with a contact (not sure if this only applies to our business), will make things easy to have this search option.
