The "inactive" field is in reference to the "last activity date" deal property. This property looks at the last time a note, chat conversation, call, email, meeting, or task was logged for a deal. Changing a deal's property, such as stage, won't count as an activity that is strange.
I move my clients in the deal stages when something happens that may not need to be documented but moving the deal to the next stage is an activity can we start the counter again?
Can we define what activate is to include movement in the pipeline?
I logged new notes and the amount of inactive days remains growing. How can we configure this or remove completly, because this is wrong information.
