Deal & Ticket Stages based on Contact Property Values
Would be cool to have the column headers of a Deal & Ticket could represent the values in a property such as Application Status {New, Reviewing, Approved, Rejected}
Therefore customer who submits a form, would be given the value of "New" and a Deal or Ticket would be created, in the New Column.
An administrator could drag and drop that ticket into "Approved" Column updating the customer value to "Approved"
Then, automation begins.
**Otherwise, you have to do it via lists, or on the customer profile.
