It would be great to enable deal related workflows into contact workflows. Currently you can only enroll deal workflows into other deal workflows. This seems to be a missed opportunity. It will enable us to build more robust workflows.
The scenario... I have deal triggers that are reliant on certain stages to trigger an email to contacts. The issue is that the second stage trigger should not happen if the email was triggered in another instance. Only through list management am I able to exclude enrollment but list membership is not an option when using a deal related workflow and only in contact workflows. Hence the requirement. I am intending to enroll the deals and assosiated contacts in a contact workflow but am unable to do so due to this limitation. Alternatively, just enabling list memberships on company properties within a Deal based workflow would be a much simpler solution...
