Deal Filters for Associated Contacts and Companies

When I have a deal that needs a contract, I need to check to see if a Contact and a Company are associated. If not I will throw a warning with the task tool to my sales reps. Is there not a simple "Yes" or "No" Hubspot property that could be used for this?

This is great idea. I wish that I had thought to ask. Hope Hubspot implements it soon.
