As a company that sends out the usual marketing comms it would be useful to have a field which lists the date a contact has unsubscribed, this would allow us to sort through our unsubscribed list and easily analyse what content was shared with the contacts that made them unsubscribe.
Yes i'm quite shocked that a CRM which is all about retaining customers doesn't do this already so you cant analyse what may have led to bulk unsubscribed if they happen
I agree! In fact, I was looking for this the other day. I would definately like to be able to design reports for "how long a contact stays subcribed" and calculate the average time someone is a customer.
