I was shocked to find that you cannot use the Date of Birth property in HubSpot for reporting or calculation purposes. So many things today rely on understand the age of the contact or what generational bracket/group they belong to. Using Date of Birth for reporting and calculation purposes and connecting it to the generational brackets would be 2 items that I highly recommened adding asap. Having the option to use DOB in both an active and static mode would also be helpful. Static would lock in an age or generation calculation almost like a snapshot, active/dynamic would allow for it to be recalculated and updated in real-time. So the active age would be based on today and the static age might be based on a fixed date in time - possibly create date, etc.
