Can Hubspot please create other options for a date picker? I have had numerous complaints about the date picker that Hubspot offers - many people have issues and don't want to click all the way back to their year. I have even put a note under the date picker explaining what to do and people still have issues. There should be an option for people to enter in a format of MM/DD/YYYY - people usually do this for other platforms. I think this is an easy fix and should be offered.
As a customer support specialist, it would be highly beneficial to have this product capability. I have customers who have asked about this. Thank you! 🙂
It's a shame this suggestion has been open for five years and no action has yet been taken by the developers on what you would assume is a very easy fix. The lack of action on the ticket is an indicator that Hubspot do not see this as a priority, which is a shame, as we have had many complaints from members of our community who are older who find the default UX and field behaviour confusing.
