I would like to see a setting or update implemented where we can choose to have certain data properties overriden or not.
As of right now, when a contact filled out a form Hubspot will capture that data in properties within the contact record, but if the same contact fills out a form with the same properties but different answers, Hubspot will automatically override the previous data. This can muddy data and could potenially cause problems.
Are there any real estate companies that are running into this same issue? I would love to know the work around you all have found for this issue.
