PieSync supported syncing Acumatica. You can keep using PieSync through 2021, but in the meantime we're checking if we need to prioritize turning this into a data sync app? Please upvote! Thanks.
@THanrahan@jmaloney the connector has been released already, but there's no ETA for a deal sync for Acumatica. It's the first time I'm getting this request 🙂 Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
I've instructed my engineering team to initiate investigation (feasibility, ...)
@FransLeys Hey! Our current tech stack includes hubspot, salesforce, and google apps. We'll be switching to Acumatica from salesforce for our ERP and accounting. Our implementation consultant wants us to abandone deals and quotes in hubspot and use opportunities in acumatica.
We'd like to continue using deals and executing quotes in hubspot. The quotes and payment process is way more user friendly and easier to manage for my clients and sales team. Is it possible to trigger an executed opportunity (sales order) in acumatica when there is an executed/closed won quote under a deal in hubspot?
If we have to utilize in acumatica, it renders hubspot as a lead management system only and we may as well do that in acumatica with an email marketing addon. Essentially, it wouldn't make sense for us to continue to pay for husbpot.
Any help with this would be great appreciated. I'm a bit stuck and we love hubspot and prefer to keep it as our main client facing channel to close business. At the moment I'm getting a ton of push back.
@nellyarnold Our Acumatica sync is too limited for this unfortunately. In all transparency, with HubSpot's acquisition of a CPQ solution not so long ago, it's less likely to see much more of our own developer cycles going into this connector moving forward. We will of course maintain and keep supporting the contact/company sync! I know it doesn't support your point of 'sticking with HubSpot' but there are integration partners out there like Commercient that do specialize in solving for a better hand off between HubSpot & Acumatica. Sorry this isn't the news you were expecting!
