I believe we should have this feature in place as it helps the CRM Admins as well as the Sales Teams. Below are some of my reasons:
1.Identify top performers: Byanalyzingthedashboardanalyticsbyusers, we canidentifywhichusersareconsistentlydeliveringthebestperformance.Thiswillhelp us identifyareasofexpertiseandareaswhereadditionaltrainingmaybenecessary.
2.Track progress: We canmonitorprogressovertime,especiallyfornewusers,toensuretheyaregettinguptospeedandmeetingperformanceexpectations.
3.Measuresuccess: Canhelp us measurethesuccessofcampaignsandinitiatives,especiallywhenindividualusersareworkingonprojectswithclearKPIs.
