As the guy that manages our list imports, one of my jobs involves going into our mobile app database and pulling down all new users from the day before and uploading them into HubSpot as marketing contacts.
I've got the process almost entirely automated, except for the actual import. There, I have to click through all of the import steps one by one, every day.
Other software I've used in the past has had the ability to save an import template that binds columns in the CSV to fields in the database, and then just drop the CSV into a folder via FTP, where it was picked up, processed and imported.
I'd love to see this feature in HubSpot. It would save me tons of time.
