This is such a simple product update and I have no idea why they haven't done this a long time ago. Hubspot pop-up forms look so off-brand that we use 3rd party tools instead.
This is SUCH an important feature... the current pop-ups look so bad that it is not acceptable to put something like that in front of a consumer. Hubspot does a good job in most areas and this does not reflect the standards we see elsewhere.
Agreed! I was shocked to see how limited the design and styling functionality is for pop-ups. The lack of ability to change the background color or image is really substandard. Would not use them on our website in their current state.
Based on past posts, it sounds like this has been raised numerous times but never fully addressed. Please add templates, styling features and background images like some of your competitors offer.
