I would be helpful if HubSpot users were able to edit which contact properties are display in the top left hand corner of a contact. In our industry, a lot of our clients wear numerous hats and thus have rediculously long titles that can clutter up this space. it would also be super helpful to be able to add properties to be displayed here such as phone number, company name, etc. (Preferably with the ability to copy them with one click like you can do with the email address.)
Our company would also use it for other items like City, and State. We often are moving super quick and need to know something as basic as what time zone a person is in, so not needing to look down to find where they live would help stream line that. I've thought about put that information in a drop down just below but that would add yet another item to click or sift through.
