Thanks for all your patience. After a successful beta, we started rolling this feature out to all users at starter + yesterday. In the next week or so, all users at starter + will have access to CRM Card Customization, which will let you customize the properties displayed on board cards and record association cards.
A bit of an update here. We now have a small private beta going for board card customization, which lets you change the properties displayed on the Kanban board view for both Deals and Tickets.
With the private beta, we identified a few improvement areas, which we are currently tackling. While making the improvements, we are also making it possible for users to customize properties that appear on association cards--see below.
We expect to have these improvement done by end of month, after which everyone who completed this form will be added to the beta.
We also want to make it clear that this beta is only for customizing the information that is display on cards, not color coding cards. Color coding is on the team's radar and we are planning to slot this work in the coming quarters.
Thanks for the patient as we work to make this feature awesome. We are looking forward to giving you all access soon.
Excited news. Board Card Property customization is in private beta. We are giving early access to portals, at the appropriate tier, who filled out this form. If you provided contact information in the form, you will recieve an email once your portal has been granted access to the feature. This will happen in the next few days, so please be patient.
Again, thanks for the continued feedback, HubSpot community.
Thank you for your incredible patience here. The team is happy to announce that we will be releasing board card property customization, which will allow admins to customize properties on board cards, to private beta shortly. If you have a starter, professional, and/or enterprise plan and would like to get early access to this feature, please fill out this form.

Thank you for your continued input on this idea--and your patience.
We are happy to say that the idea is in development. We are working on making it possible for admins to customize board card properties for all users in a portal in properties settings--both for Tickets and Deals. The selected properties will serve as the default displayed properties on all board cards in the portal.
Again, thank you all for your input here and for your help in making HubSpot a better product.
Thank you for your continued input on this idea! We're looking to learn more from you to ensure we deliver the best solution to meet the needs of your business. Could you please take this short survey?
As for the status of this idea, this is something we're talking about a lot these days at HubSpot. So, with some good feedback here I'm optimistic we'll be able to start building a solution here shortly.
As a sales ops in our company, I think that every single salesperson I our team asked me this at some point. Very frustrating to have to answer "this is not something that Hubspot allows me to customize for you" every time. It is definitely needed 🙂 !
I've been trying to figure out if there is anyway to customize the Board and then came across this thread. Very disappointed they haven't done something for this yet. Seeing the Close Date is useless in my business, need better info available to make this snapshot of the pipeline useful.
This is frustrating for myself and the 13 reps as our sales funny does not follow a specific close date process. We value lead score, last activity as to making priority towards the prospects we want to reach out first. When looking at the deals board it is useless to me to find out who I should target first and prioritize for the day.
we would love this to. Seems to be a basic function that would make the view much more useable. Our priority is on ship date and this would be useful for a "operations and logistics view"
The current layout of the deals board makes setting percentages of confidence that a deal will come in useless. The interface doesn't use this information anywhere. Not when totaling and not on the individual deals themselves. What is the point of ever entering a percentage if they don't get applied anywhere?
It is frustrating there is no way to change the properties shown on the deal board itself. Topic is here for 2 years. It is limiting usefuleness of deals. When do you want to change this simple demand?
We have multiple pipelines as a customer works through our sales cycle. each pipeline has its own stages different data is relevant for the deals in each pipeline. The deal cards displayed in the board view defaults to displaying the deal name, the close date, and icons indicating the number of associated contacts. this information is not always relevant information to the status of deal in all of our pipelines. I would like to be able to customize which deal properpties display on the deal cards by pipeline in order present the most valuable data the teams working each Pipe line. This thread is a bit old, and does not seem that there is a resolution or a work arround. Being able customize the displayed properties would be valuable to us.
I agree. I previous had Zoho CRM and they had a "views" dropdown option that allowed you to see different fields on a given deal depending on what view you selected (e.g. "Product Deal" or "Consulting Deal."
Not having this functionality makes it hard to win broader organizational adoption because people don't like to have to sift through fields that are irrelevant to them. I can't understand why it would be so difficult for Hubspot to add this functionality to the CRM (and not as an "enterprise only" feature *please*).
The ability to show tasks on the deal board would be highly benefitial. This would provide more insight into what actions need to be taken from the Deals home page.
