Customize ticket fields in chatflow

It would be great if we could add customized ticket properties when using a chatflow to create a ticket.

 

Currently, the available ticket properties within the "Submit a ticket" action are limited.  See pictureScreen Shot 2020-06-12 at 1.21.53 PM.png

It's very helfull if you want to create a ticket and categorize it from the beginning using ticket properties.

I totally share Janosch's statement;

having tickets categorized from the beginning thru a customer facing drop down menu would:

1- avoid internal triage to reallocate tickets to relevant teams: accountability, product, customer service, etc.

2- accelerate tickets treatments

I agree this will be a great feature to have so you can organise your tickets, i had to create complicated workflows to get around this issue.
