Customize ticket fields in chatflow

It would be great to if we can add certain ticket properties when using a chatflow to create a ticket. See pictureScreen Shot 2020-06-12 at 1.21.53 PM.png

It's very helfull if you want to create a ticket and categorize it from the beginning using ticket properties.
