Customize "Cancel & Reschedule"-texts in Meeting tool

Hi there,

It's nice that you can now add links for contacts to cancel and reschedule appointments in the meeting tool, but we're clearly missing more user customization options here.

For example, it should be standard to be able to at least customize the "Need to make changes?" text in the description. In German, the sentence sounds quite casual, which does not go down well in every industry.

When a contact cancels the appointment, he gets a confirmation email, in which the description text of the appointment is superfluously packed in. Again, nothing can be customized.

In the calendar of the organizer, the appointment is then displayed as "canceled" and he can not only delete it but also cancel it, i.e. a second mail is sent to the person, which looks like this in German:

You can add an individual message ("Schade"), but the "Abgesagt: Abgebrochen:“ (engl. = cancelled: aborted)" looks very unfortunate.

In short, it would be great to have the possibility to customize the whole process.

I think this would be desirable in any language, allow each company to use their brand voice as appropriate.

Brilliant idea! As much as I love HubSpot, their lack of customization in many areas baffles me. For example, we can nearly customize everything in a Template, but we can't in a Meetings reminder or cancellation/reschedule email? This doesn't make any sense to me.

This limitation has actually been keeping us from using HubSpot's meeting scheduling tool in favor of Calendly, which has its own flaws in terms of integration with HubSpot - so yeah, customizing these elements is something we are desperatly hoping for!

Agreed. This is another reason why the meetings tool for Hubspot is almost unbearable. Simple customizations like this are clearly very easy to implement (as you can customize many, many things like templates), but Hubspot doesn't seem to care much about making these changes.

Totally agree.  I just had a job applicant reschedule an appointment 3 times.  Naturally, I didn't hire them however, while I'd like to give them the option to cancel, no reason for them to have the option to reschedule.  I agree with the original point as well that that text prompt shouldn't be all or nothing.

Would also liek to edit ALL the texts. In German there are two kinds of "you" (formal and casual --> "du" and "sie". We would like to use the informal one (as we do on our website) but can't do that with Hubspot. See e.g. the screenshot ("Your Information" is translated to "Ihre Informationen" --> the formal version --> we want to turn it into "Deine Informationen" --> casual).

Yes! I would love to see customization with the Reminder and Cancellation emails that are sent out through the meeting tool. When someone cancels a meeting, it appears like this: 

The meetings tool in general needs some major upgrades. Calendly allows everything to be customized. 

Please HubSpot, please upgrade your meetings tool with some of the wonderful ideas posted in the community.

It should be possible to customize the texts. We always use the "you". It is misleading and unprofessional when switching between you and you.
