Hi, i need to add new columns to quote, but i need to see particular proprieties that i created before on product information, i added 2 new colums (star date and finish date) but i can't connect them with proprieties created, and when i download quota there's nothing.
I just made some quote templates. I have some standard language that I would like to be included on all templates + any required snippet depending on the deal.
My snippets on quote templates in the purchase term area are not populating on the quote itself.
Would you be able to just have a line item of Hourly Work with a rate assigned to it, say £30 per hour. Then on the quote you just change how many hours you want to quote for and that will total the charge.
The short answer is Yes you can. Just create your Hourly Work Rate as a Product within HubSpot. Then when you create the quote select the product and the Quantity will be the number of hours worked and give you the total value.
I completely agree! If we can alter the properties of this statement fairly broadly, our current citing design will be exactly mirrored. There's no sense in using these statements without specific fields like the client number that we produce here; instead, we'll need to make a second statement that catches all the relevant data.
Hello, I'm trying to add two new columns to a quote, but I need to see particular properties that I created in the product information. I've created two new columns (start date and finish date), but I can't link them to the properties created; when I download the quote, there's nothing there either.
Really wish there was a way to move sections around (like modules) and remove any field you don't want (i.e. I want signatures higher in the doc and I don't want to require payment for some instances). Current structure is very limiting.
There is an issue when adding the Product URL to a product listing in a quote. We have customized the Flow quote / proposal template and added the URL as one of the columns to the listing. (image attached).
However, when the quote is actually created, the URL displays as plain text.
This was reported in another thread in 2021 which got closed and redirected to here.
Is there a reason why the URL does not work and is there an acceptable workaround?
We are simply looking to provide a list of products that the client has requested with the Product Name, Description, and URL Link to Product Documentation.
Hi there! I have a client who'd like to be able to 'group' their Products on the Quote template by the standard Type field. It would be amazing if this were built into the standard templates by default 🙂
Is that anywhere on the cards, please? Thanks in advance, HubSpot!
We cannot work with these templates, especially since we need some degree of adjustability for each project to describe set project and to adjust for its special circumstances/our offers. Anyone that knows a better way to still use the data from HubSpot without manually copying all of them? We are now looking at PandaDoc, which is pricey or Portant, which is still quite expensive, and works with google, where we prefer Microsoft. Thanks for any recommendations in advance!
Sure! If we can adjust the properties of that statement in a more flexible way, it would perfectly align with our current citation design. However, using these statements without including key fields like the client number we generate wouldn’t be practical. Instead, we’ll need to create a secondary statement that encompasses all the necessary data.
